a kantha is a style of embroidery found often in India. it is a technique that repurposes old saris, stacking them together and quilting to create a thick, colorful quilt. we love these blankets because they are funky, whimsical in their eclectic design, and durable. we like to keep one in our car for those spontaneous summer picnics!
*note- there will sometimes be visible patches and wear due to the vintage of the textile.
